Не передергивайте Вы тоже. После гражданской войны сиротами массово остались дети НОРМАЛЬНЫХ родителей с ХОРОШЕЙ генетикой. Поэтому проблему взаимоотношения воспитания/наследственности Дзержинский не решал.
